N/A or 0 in Vitality data

Question

Why do I get an N/A or 0 in Vitality data?

Answer

Sometimes in reports and downloads of data from Vitality, the User may see N/A or 0 as a data point.  

  • N/A means that Vitality does not have a record at that timestamp
  • 0 means the device read 0 at that timestamp
