AMI / AMR Capabilities

While this is often the fairest method for utility bill allocation, it is important to note that submetering requires the installation of meters. Vitality supports both Read Bill Collect and Read Bill Only methods. With Read-Bill Collect (RBC), collections of tenant payments are handled through the Vitality platform. With Read-Bill Only, collections are handled by a 3rd party and not tracked inside of Vitality.
