An exciting feature we have just added to your RUBs billing inside Vitality’s Billing Center is the ability to set a minimum and maximum charge amount on the points you have connected to your Resident Invoices.
Say you want to make sure that you are billing your resident at least $10.00 for their kilowatt-hours but not more than $50.00. You can do this by going to that Point inside Vitality, Clicking edit, and entering these amounts under the Billing menu subsection. It’s that easy!
Now when you process your RUBs Billing, Vitality will evaluate these minimums and maximums and use those when necessary instead of the values created by the RUBs calculations.
