The biggest problem with leaks is many of them aren’t obvious. But by tying into meters and gathering data in real-time we are able to use our building intelligence software to find leaks before they are able to do structural damage saving one client an estimated $15 million (I have a meeting with Clay later to turn this into a case study. I don’t know if we want to keep it off for now.)
