Every billing field change is now on the record
Changes to tenant account and unit billing fields are recorded with what changed, when, and who did it. When a resident disputes a charge or a regulator asks how you arrived at a number, the history is already sitting there.
Billed readings lock once they go out
A reading locks the moment it's billed, and a new modal shows which batch it went out on. No quiet edits to a number already printed on a resident's bill.

RealPage OneSite, and self-serve PMS connections
OneSite joins the PMS integrations, and you can add or edit connections yourself from Client Settings instead of asking us to wire them up.
Notifications

In-app notices when a utility login is parked for a credential error, an account gets dropped, or a login hits a terminal bad status — each with a detail panel telling you what to fix. You hear it from the platform instead of from a bill that never arrived.
