Support Agent

Be the first voice operators hear when they need help. Solve problems, build trust, and help people get the most out of the platform.

The Role

You're the front line. When an operator has a question, hits a snag, or needs help setting up a property, you're the one who gets them unstuck. You'll learn the platform inside and out and become the person operators trust.

This isn't reading from a script. You'll need to actually understand utility billing, think on your feet, and care about getting it right.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to operator questions via chat, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot billing, metering, and platform issues
  • Help onboard new operators and walk them through setup
  • Document common issues and build out the knowledge base
  • Flag patterns to the product team so we can fix root causes

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years in customer support, helpdesk, or a similar role
  • You're patient, clear, and genuinely enjoy helping people
  • Comfortable with software — you pick up new tools quickly
  • Strong written communication — most support is async
  • Property management or utility experience is a bonus, not a requirement
