To create a custom chart, go to Vitals > Vital Builder

You will be greeted with the Vital Builder Screen.

Use the dropdown boxes to choose what chart you wish to create.  You can add any number of points or point types to a chart. 

Use the settings at the bottom of the chart to further customize your chart.

When you’re ready, click “Save Report” and name your report.  
You will return to the chart.  Click “Save to Page” to save your report to a property page.  
Select where you would like to save the page. 

The chart will now show on the property or page where you saved it.
