VITALITY runs on AWS infrastructure in the United States with redundant backups. Data is replicated across availability zones for durability.

Can I request a security assessment or SOC 2 report?

Yes. We provide our SOC 2 Type II report to prospective and current operators upon request. Contact our team for a copy.

What happens to my data if I leave VITALITY?

You can export all of your data at any time. If you leave, we provide a full data export and delete your data from our systems upon request.
