To access Alarms, go to Vitals > Alarms.
From the Alarms table, click “New”

From the pop-up, fill out the form accordingly.  
The Lower Limit is where you will be alarmed if the point drops below this limit
The Upper Limit is where you will be alarmed if the point drops above this point. 

Click “Save” to continue.  

You will be emailed a notification if an alarm is triggered.
