Access Setttings

From settings > Hardware > Devices, click New on the top right-hand corner of the device table. 

Fill out the table as necessary.  For Data Source, leave empty. Click save to continue.

Create the Device Point

From Settings > Hardware > Device Points, click “New” in the top right-hand corner.

Fill out the table as necessary.  Make sure that the device you select is the same device you created in the previous step.
Name the point as you would like to see it in the system.  

Click save to finish.  

Your manual meter is not complete and ready to be used throughout the system.
