Data displayed in the Platform is based on the time stamps programmed in the Gateways. While using the Platform, it uses the time zone settings of the User to display the data on the Charts, Tables, and Dashboards. If the User has not set their Timezone setting, it will use the Time setting of the computer they are using.

Example: User is in California looking at data for a New York location. The User will see the data in California time. So if there is a large usage at 10:00 AM in New York, the User would see this on their charts at 7:00 AM in California.

The Platform renders all of the data with any daylight savings time adjustments at the time of display.
