This article will walk you through remote accessing an Acquisuite A8810 or A8812 (DAS)

HTML Enabling Remote Access on an Acquisuite

  • Log into AcquiSuite

Networking – Setup

  • Record Serial Number
  • Record RA Pin

LCD Enabling Remote Access on an Acquisuite

  • Press Menu Button
  • Select TCP/IP Config
  • Press Menu until you see RAccess On/Off
  • Enable RAccess
  • Record Serial Number
  • Record RA Pin

Notes:
PINs are displayed on the LCD for 1 hour. 
When using R-A, communication between the Customer and the DAS is fully encrypted 

Connecting to Remote Access

  • Pre-Requirements
    • Serial Number of Acquisuites
    • RA Access Enabled on Acquisuite
    • RA-Pin

  • This dialog will appear
  • Enter the Serial Number of the Acquisuite, RA-Pin, and eCaptcha
  • Click “Get Access”

Upon success, the Acquisuite Login Screen will appear. 
Login to the Acquisuite as usual with the appropriate username and password
