The XML Display is a Security Feature:

The links generated for viewing file uploads through Vitality have a security policy in place to time out after 15 minutes. 

How To Fix This:

Step 1:  Refresh the Tenant Account Page
Step 2:  Re-open the file using the link on the page.  This will reset this timer and let you view the document. 

Note:  Refreshing an existing link without refreshing the Tenant Account Page will continue to display this error.
