How to delete a final bill & restore a tenant

-The invoice batch for the final bill can be deleted in the billing center as long as the property has not been reimbursed. Each final bill should have its own invoice batch.

-The tenant can be restored using the close-out form in the billing center property page using the “transfer tenant account” option
