Setting Up Fee Plans

If you wish to override the Vitality Default Billing Fees, you can do so with a Fee Plan. To create a new fee plan, go to the Billing Center > Fee Plans > New

Creating the Fee Plan

You can name your fee plan and add notes as necessary.

Click on “Fee Overrides” and override the fees as necessary. You can also add accounting and GL codes if applicable.

Click Save to finish.

The fee plan can now be applied to a property
