The Late Fee Creator App

Applying late fees is easy in Vitality. From the BIlling Center click on the “Late Fee Creator” App

Select Property

Select your property from the drop-down on the left. Vitality will automatically select which tenant accounts meet the criteria to have a late fee assessed. You can check and uncheck as necessary.

Post Fees

When done, select “Post Fees”. These late fees will now show on your tenant invoices.
