Rather than being reactive to submetering problems, our meter maintenance contracts allow you to create a monthly budget to keep your metering investments working as expected.
2) Your system needs maintenance
Overtime as your submeters age you will notice that they stop reporting, or are reporting incorrectly.
3) VITALITY takes care of you
Once you notice that a meter is not working properly, VITALITY will assess the issue, come on-site, troubleshoot, and procure new equipment all at no extra cost

- Our Equipment Only plan takes care of all equipment costs if your meters go down. This means that we will procure and ship out the equipment at no extra cost
Labor Only
- *No Labor Costs
- *Equipment Not Included
- Our Labor Only plan includes all labor costs and support for when your meters go down. This means that when something goes wrong, we will come on-site, assess and troubleshoot any issues, and if new hardware is needed, we can provide it for an additional cost.
Full-Service

- Our full-service plan takes care of any labor and equipment. This means that if you have a problem, we will take care of it from beginning to end
